You can become injured at work in many different ways. The important thing to know is to contact your employer and file a claim.  If your employer is contracted with a specific provider you always have the ability to be referred to our facility. If your employer is not contracted with anyone you may contact our office as soon as you have a claim number and we will get you set up on your treatment plan.
